For the Holocaust Museum Houston Butterfly Project they are collecting 1.5 million handmade butterflies to be part of a breathtaking exhibition scheduled for Spring 2013 to represent the 1.5 million children who perished in the Holocaust. All materials (except glitter and food perishable items like macaroni) are allowed and all ages of children are encouraged to submit butterflies as well as adults. Deadline June 30, 2012.
